Customer service was really helpful and got my issue sorted out without making it a hassle. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I expected to get everything resolved. Still, the person I dealt with was friendly and knew what they were doing, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

Everything was really clean and tidy, almost too perfect. I had zero issues at all and was really happy with how neat everything looked.

I had a good feeling about the site once I started looking around. I ordered this from Love and Vibes and everything arrived fine. Delivery was smooth, the packaging was okay, and I didn’t have any issues with the box or anything like that.

Noise-wise, it’s kinda quieter than I expected. On the first couple of settings, you can barely hear it if the door is shut. The higher settings do buzz a bit more, but it’s not ridiculously loud or anything.
I’d give it 4 stars because it’s not totally silent, even though some people might be hoping for that. Still, it’s kinda quiet enough for me, and overall I’m happy with it.

I did get exactly what I ordered, so no real issues there. It was just a bit more effort than I expected to get everything sorted, which was kind of annoying.

I did mention it to support and they basically said something like, “Thanks for flagging it, we’re always working on improving site speed,” which was fair enough. Other than that, everything worked fine.
